Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which:

• you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have received the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered simultaneously;

• you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have received the last good, if you have ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done via email: support@capetown-avenue.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for such a refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have either:

• received the goods, or

• received proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exemptions and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications;

• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• alcoholic beverages with an agreed price, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market;

• the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning:

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

• the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after delivery.
